Acerca del libro
A collection of glass plate negatives led to this monograph of images taken between 1904 and 1910 by a young man who lived in rural Southwestern Ontario, Canada. Thomas Bradt's vernacular images offer views of farm and small town life over 100 years ago as seen through the eyes of an 18-24 year old. Thomas had a number of cameras, exposed and developed over 250 glass plate negatives, and made prints for their family album, neighbours and friends. Thomas read widely and displayed his hobbies and photographic magazines in images of his library. This is the first publication of these images in print or digital form.
