Dilia Oviedo Luciano is a multidisciplinary artist from the Dominican Republic who has had a career spanning more than a decade in the art of still photography, their work focuses on what they call 'psychological portrait', an idea in which they assume that the photography reflects the inner psyche of the subject and allows us to glimpse their emotional world.
