Acerca del libro
A guide to the peoples living at the edge of the seas, where homes meet the waves–worldwide across Asia, Africa, the Americas, Europe, Oceania, and the Middle East. Learn with me, as we discover what grows out of these environments.
What kinds of stories do we tell? What kinds of re-occurring environmental materials serve as tools for story-telling? How are we different, why? What human nuances and intricacies do we evolve to meet each other mid-way?
The future is imaginary, we haven’t arrived there yet. Let’s discover new worlds locked inside, coded within the farthest reaches of language and culture.

Acerca del creador
Our practice ranges from heart-warming narrative filled with proverbial magic and wonder to complete collections of poetry, educational work and guides, and in-depth illustration of subjects as far-flung as cognitive linguistics and sea-level rise. While our work is diverse, our projects are linked by a pre-occupation with the human heart, as communicated through art.
