Acerca del libro
Improvisational Cooking
The beauty of “improv” cooking is using the materials at hand to invent something new.
The recipes and photographs in this book are for people who enjoy food, but don’t want to spend hours in the kitchen. This collection of recipes includes many one-pot-over-rice meals and a few soups, sides, and desserts. The recipes can easily be made gluten free; they contain limited sugar and no red meat.
This “improv” cookbook was created during the summer of 2020, using a basic cellphone camera and many ingredients from local farmer’s markets. The net proceeds will be donated to Covid relief.
